In this dynamic, mixed-level class, each student is encouraged to build a Pilates practice to fit their body. Designed for students with enough physical awareness to modify exercises if necessary. Stretch, strengthen, and tone your body; invigorate your posture and clear your mind.
This multi-level class strengthens the leg, hip, and core muscles, while building cardiovascular stamina. Barre challenges balance and coordination and is an ideal supplement to Pilates training or other athletics. Taught with the principles and movements of classical ballet, Classical Barre is taught with modifications and hands-on assistance from the instructor.
Classical Apprentice Mat
This class provides an introduction to the classical Pilates method from a beginning teacher. It's suited for those who want to focus on the foundational elements of Pilates as practiced in a traditional classical sequence. Please provide brief written instructor feedback at the end of class. A Sunday morning treat. This mat class will teach you how to release areas of tension and tightness through self-myofascial release techniques, including Yoga Tune Up® Therapy ball work. Once your muscle tissue is more malleable and open to change, you'll be lead through a series of Pilates-inspired stretching and strengthening exercises. Love planks? Then you'll love Pilates Flow. Build strength in this dynamic, mixed level class emphasizing flow, transition, and form. Modifications will be offered, and your own are welcome.
This rigorous, up-tempo class is designed for the frequent Pilates go-er. Clients should have a solid grasp of the Pilates repertoire and know their Pilates body well enough to make any necessary modifications.
Learn how to translate your Pilates knowledge of core stability and proper alignment into both daily and more challenging functional movement. This class is appropriate for students seeking to improve their strength and mobility through complex and vigorous bodyweight training. Participants must be open-minded, injury-free and prepared to put weight on their hands.

Foundations Classical Mat
This introductory-level class is geared towards those with little Pilates experience, significant movement restrictions or injuries, and/or limited core strength. Learn the fundamental movements used in Classical Pilates in a contemporary, flowing context, and gain an understanding of the six Classical principles of Pilates: breath, control, concentration, centering, precision, and flow. Foundations will help practitioners to engage and strengthen their core safely and effectively through close observation and assistance from the instructor.
