Glide into spring with group Reformer classes!
Learn Reformer terminology and how to perform fundamental Pilates apparatus exercises that will strengthen and tone your body. Great for mat class attendees looking to expand their Pilates practice, as well as those simply looking to get on the Reformer for the first time. Previous Pilates mat experience recommended. No injuries/chronic movement limitations please.
