Join Emma Shansky in this new, unique class! Learn how to translate your Pilates knowledge of core stability and proper alignment into both daily and more challenging functional movement. This class is appropriate for students seeking to improve their strength and mobility through complex and vigorous bodyweight training. Participants must be open-minded, injury-free and prepared to put weight on their hands.
