A ballet dancer in her youth, and a yoga fanatic and runner throughout her 20s, Sarah discovered Pilates as a way to heal a series of foot and ankle injuries & restore balance after reconstructive surgery.
After only 2 private sessions, she had an Aha! moment when she realized that Pilates would help her bring new-found strength to both yoga and running. No other exercise method changed her body as effectively and quickly as Pilates. She got certified by Kelly Kane at The Kane School of Core Integration in August 2008. Sarah has a BA from Brown University.
